Comes ni a felt lined leather case that is iin reasonable shape, clasp is loose.Scientific instruments antique brass compass sun dial everything works fine, nothing broken or loose. This has lots of numbers, symbols and writing on it and i have no idea what it all means. Look at the photos adn if you need a close up of anything let me know.
